Home Training

There are many reasons in home training can be a good option for working with your dog.

Some dogs stress too much in a class situation or just get too over-stimulated around other dogs to focus and learn. For these dogs, having a trainer come to your home where your dog is comfortable and can more easily focus is better than putting them in a class.

Some dogs have issues in the home such as crate training, meeting people at the door, housebreaking, fence running or other things that aren't addressed in obedience classes. With in home training the trainer comes to you and works on the things you need to work on in the place you have the issue.

Many people's schedule's just don't allow for regular classes. In home training can be scheduled when you have time, and you don't need to change your schedule to make it to a class at a certain time.

In home training can also address things like setting a routine for your dog, nutrition talks and clicker training.

The cost for in home training is $70 per session. Sessions run for 60 to 90 minutes. If you sign up for three in home sessions you get a fourth session free.
